Christmas Market Vendor Application

Festival Information:
This is our vendor application for our EVENING Christmas Market. 
Christmas Market Dates: 12/6 & 12/7 from 2pm to 8pm

Vendor Information:
  • Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance to the event. We review each application and try to avoid duplicate vendor types to create an equal opportunity to our vendors and allow a variety for our guests. 
  • If you would like to set up your tent and tables the day before the event we typically can accommodate you, please reach out so that we can be sure to provide you earlier access. 
  • We ask that you please do not pack up early as this creates an unfair experience for our guests that arrive later during the event. We do understand if there is an emergency or if you are sold out of product! Just please let one of the staff members know, otherwise we will not have you back for future events.
  • Payment is required before we advertise your attendance at the event.
  • PAYMENT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ACCEPTANCE OR WE WILL GO TO THE NEXT VENDOR ON THE LIST. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR ACCEPTANCE EMAILS!
  • Vendor spots do not have power hook-ups.
  • Vendors are responsible for tables/tents, and all items related to sales.
  • Spots will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • Due to the windy nature of our farm location you will be REQUIRED to have a minimum of 30lbs of weight per leg on your tent set up. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to consider securing your tents additionally with tethers, ratchets, and bringing extra weights as it can get gusty here. Please keep this in mind with your product displays as the wind can often knock them over and we would hate for your products to get damaged. If you do not meet the required weight minimum you will not be allowed to set up as it poses a safety threat to others at the farm when tents go flying! Dade City Farms is not responsible for damaged tents, nor will we provide any form of securement for your tents, this is the vendors responsibility when setting up at our farm. 
  • Please be patient after submitting your application. You WILL NOT receive an acceptance or denial response immediately nor the same day of your submission. Again, please give us time to review applications and we will get back to you once we have done so, application submission DOES NOT guarantee acceptance.
  • If you have been accepted as a vendor, you will receive a link to our square shop to pay for your booth.
