Preserving the Harvest Registration
Please complete the following form to sign up for one or more of the Safe Plates Home Food Preservation session. Registration of this form does not secure a space for the session until registration fee is paid. Deadline to register is set below to allow enough time to purchase education materials. Please note the date, time, and location of each session as that may change. 

Sessions are: 
  • May 23rd: Virtual Canning Basic
  • June 6th: Boiling Water Bath Canning Methods
  • June 20th: Pressure Canning Methods
  • July 11th: Fermentation
  • July 25th: Dehydration & Freezing
  • August 22nd: All things Meat
