Dinner at Kanata United Church
You are invited to dinner at Kanata United Church on Saturday March 28th! It will be an evening of community, conversation and connection. We hope you can be a part of it!

6:30 Dinner

Dinner will be a three course menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options available at each course. Mocktails will be served with the appetizers, and coffee and tea will be served with dessert. We want everyone to be able to come, regardless of dietary restrictions. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know on this form. 

Children 12 and under eat free with a special menu. They will be cared for in another room, so you can enjoy your dinner and know your kids are safe and having a fun dinner of their own.

In the question 6, you listed each participant. When answering questions 7-9, please use the same order of people  (For example, Betty Smith from the example above would be Person 1 in the question below, Susan Chen would be Person 2, and there would be no need to fill out Person 3-10 as Ethan Smith would be having the special children's menu.)
