Acquisition Follow Up: You will be part of a team that is responsible for following up with past donors to secure their donation for this year.
Decor Chairperson: This involves working with a committee to put together decor for Founders Hall the gym and registration area, this includes centerpieces, bars, wine display table, etc.
Basket Assembly: You will assist with putting together the presentation of most of the Silent Auction items 1-2 weeks before the event. We will have special days scheduled for assembly.
Silent Auction and Gear Set Up: You will assist with setting up the gym 3 days before the big event (10/30, 10/31 and 11/1). You can assist on 1 or all 3 days.
Decor Set Up: You will asssit the Decor Chairs with putting the final touches together the week before the event. You can volunteer for 1 or more days.
Day of Event Volunteer: You will volunteer the night of the event (11/2) and assist witht he wine sales, registration, silent auction, mini live auction and big live auction.
Tear Down: Tear down is the day after Auction on Saturday, November 3rd from 9am to 1pm.
