Step 3: Complete the Ontario Lawn Bowling Association Liability Waiver Form and the Covid-19 Declaration, both of which can be found at https://parislawnbowlingclub.ca/ under "Download our Membership & Waiver Forms". Return the waiver and declaration to us by email or bring to your first session to hand in.
