What is your proposed TLC title?
Please provide a brief (1,000 characters max.) description of your TLC, including how you will foster reflection on inclusive and equitable teaching. Preference will be given to TLCs focused on the “Golden 5” (i.e. First Year Experience, Oral Communication, Written Communication, Critical Thinking and Quantitative Reasoning)
Please list 2-3 outcomes that your TLC will address related to equitable and inclusive teaching and learning. The outcomes should be descriptive and action-oriented and will identify the activities and expected results of your semester-long reflective community. Some example outcomes include, "The faculty will mentor peers through teaching observations and related discussions; create equitable course materials; or produce a scholarly research publication."
TLC Leads are expected to hold a minimum of 6 in-person or virtual meetings throughout the semester and provide a final TLC reflection and outcomes report at the end of the Spring 2020 semester. Are you able to fulfill this commitment?
