I understand that if my child is placed in AEP (Alternative Education Placement) for disciplinary purposes, I will have the choice to either withdraw my child and take him/her to our home district/school, or pay tuition to Lockney ISD in the amount of $32 per day for the expense that an AEP placement places on Lockney ISD. *
I understand that this is JUST an application for transfer consideration. IF the transfer request is approved, I understand that I must agree to the terms and conditions for my child to be accepted at Lockney ISD.
