RVs are given special consideration, with specific rules and policies applying to those vehicles. Please see our updated RV Policy in the survival guide at gatewayburners.org. There are a limited number of RVs allowed at Gateway Burn.
If your request is approved, you will be allowed to bring your RV to the event and park it in a specific, assigned, designated spot. We ask that you please park your RV only in the designated spot as assigned by our parking and placement teams.
VEHICLES, INCLUDING RVS, ARE NOT TO BE DRIVEN ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR CAMP, OTHER THAN TO LEAVE THE EVENT.
If you do NOT receive confirmation or approval of your RV application, do NOT bring an RV to Gateway Burn. Those bringing RVs without approved RV applications will be turned away at the gate. If you are unsure if your vehicle is classified as an RV, please review the RV Policy in the survival guide. If you have any doubts, we recommend submitting an application form just in case. In the event that your vehicle is not deemed to be an RV, you will only need to submit a parking pass application.
All RV applications submitted by the DEADLINE of Monday, May 27, 2019, will be considered and reviewed. Event coordinators have the final say on all RV applications. By submitting this application form, you acknowledge you have read the RV policy as outlined in the survival guide.
