As per the 2020 Guidelines for the Withrow Park Farmers’ Market (
), all produce, food items and other goods sold at the market have to be certified organic or be ecologically and sustainably produced. At no time can Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) of any kind be allowed for sale, including as ingredients in prepared foods or in/as animal feed.
Meat products must be free of hormones, antibiotics, as well as artificial preservatives; animals must be raised in humane and ethical conditions.
All prepared foods including baked goods, ready to eat meals, preserves etc., must be made in a Public Health inspected and certified kitchen.
Business insurance is required.
Vendor fees per vendor, per 10'x10' space
- Full season: $700
- Part-time: $40 per market day

To keep Market Patrons informed, growing methods must be clearly designated and advertised at the market. This information will also be noted on our website.
If you have Organic Certification please list current certifier(s) and first year of certification:
Food Vendors & Farmers: If you are not Certified Organic, please explain how your practices/products are organic, sustainable, ecological and/or local.
This includes ingredients used by prepared food vendors. Please note this information may be shared to the public.

All vendors must adhere to the Toronto Public Health (TPH) guidelines and ensure the proper preparation, storage and handling of food products.

Note: If you wish to sell a product/crop at the farmers' market at a later date that is not listed in this application, you must request permission from the WPFM Manager.

Note: These items must be approved by the WPFM Manager. If accepted you will be required to display signage with these products stating their original source for transparency.

Withrow Park Farmers' Market counts on its vendors to help promote the market. How will you promote our Farmers' Market?
It is expected that all participating vendors be proactive and help spread the word about the Withrow Park Farmers' Market, particularly leading up to days when you will be attending.
Full time - Every Saturday from June 6 to October 17 - $700
Part-time - $40 per market day

Note: We will do our best to accommodate the dates you have selected. Dates will be confirmed via email by the WPFM Manger.
