Per airline regulations, first and last names must be identical to government issued id (drivers license or similar for domestic, passport required for international) It is your responsibility to verify spelling of names and all other information. Passengers age 16 and over are required to show a government issued I.D. at all airports. Airlines require that reservations requiring name changes or corrections be cancelled and rebooked based on current pricing. This will result in higher airfare, different schedules, and penalties of at least $300 per person. Fares are non-refundable and nontransferable. If cancelled a new flight must be complete within 1 year from original purchase date. Change fees apply and additional fare to use for all or part of the ticket. Flight must be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure to ensure the value of the ticket. JET Travel is not responsible for additional airline fees composed by airlines/travel companies. We act as agents only and have no control over airline and travel companies pricing or policy. Please bear in mind we pride ourselves in providing current fees that may occur during travel. Suppliers reserve the right to charge additional fees at anytime such as, but not limited to (airline seat fees, change fees, resort fees, etc.). To secure your reservation, the payments must be received by the provided dates. If payments are not received according to payment schedule reservation will be subject to a nonrefundable cancellation.

Up-to-date information on carrier specific standard checked baggage allowance (including size and weight  limitations), the standard allowance (and fee, if applicable) for carry-on baggage, and the standard fee for  the first and second checked bag, along with information that additional discounts may apply depending on  flyer-specific factors (e.g. frequent flyer status, military, credit card used for purchase or early purchase  over the internet, etc) can be found by accessing  www.iflybags.com. Airlines offer reserved seat selection on most flights prior to departure. Boarding pass issuance is restricted to the day of flight. Whenever airlines permit, JET Travel secures seat assignments in advance based on the best available seats at the time of request. In most cases, seat assignments are firm. However, airlines often reassign seats for operational reasons. This often happens at the last moment, is controlled by airline staff, JET Travel  is not notified. Sometimes the lowest fare purchased does not allow seats to be selected until 24 hours prior to departure. When purchasing a ticket, seats aren't always available for selection at the time of booking, but they sometimes become available between the time of booking and time of departure. Passengers are encouraged to reconfirm their seat assignments and any other special requests directly with their airline prior to departure from the US. Passengers are responsible to contact their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual. Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part or total based on their own rules which are updated frequently. Some discounted or promotional airfares are not eligible for mileage accrual. JET Travel will record frequent flier numbers when provided by the passenger prior to travel documents being issued. However, the addition of frequent flier numbers to airline records does not guarantee mileage eligibility which is at the sole discretion of each airline.

FAA mandate (49 C.F.R. 175.25)  Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medical and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. An international trip may require valid travel documents such as passport (valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip), visa, re-entry permit, health certificate, inoculation record, a ticket for the return journey or continuance of your trip, or ANY combination thereof. Passengers are responsible for the proper documentation. Concerns about the required travel documents may be resolved by contacting the appropriate consulate or embassy. A car rental will require the reservation to be under the legal name of the driver, as well as that driver to have a valid credit card upon arrival.  The driver must also ensure that they have a valid drivers license, must be over the age of 25 as age restrictions do apply, and should also check with their car insurance company to see if their insurance covers car rentals.  If your insurance does not cover rentals you may be charged an additional fee for your rental vehicle to be covered.  Please also note that all reservations are subject to taxes and fees on top of the base price of your car rental booking.  For more information please visit: https://escapesbyjet.com/car-rental-faqs.

Hotels will require you to have a valid credit card upon check in and will often place a hold on your card for any incidentals that may occur during your stay.  Please keep in mind that many hotels do have age restrictions that vary by property, as well as an occupancy limit.  Please bear in mind that we act as agents only and are not responsible any additional resort fees, city taxes, or any other charges that are incurred.
