The Family Support Coordination is under the Navajo Nation Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services: Early Childhood Program and grant funded by First Things First. Family Support Coordination provides support to families with children ages birth to age 5 who are experiencing challenges accessing resources. Family Support Coordinators assists families by helping families understand, navigate to and access services that meets the family's needs with an intensive, short-term strategy. Our goal is to provide families with tools, knowledge, and skills to help build family strength and self-reliance.
