STEM School Designation Review
If you are interested in helping review STEM School applications for the 2018-2019 school year, sign up below! This is an excellent opportunity to see what is expected by reviewers if you are interested in applying for STEM Designation in the future, or if you want to see a variety of STEM Best Practices in place across the state. It is also a great way to meet other teachers, administrators, and community members with an interest in STEM Education in Utah. Schools applying for Designation are also expected to provide a review for one day, but should NOT sign up using this form, as it is part of the completed application packet. Reviews will take place January 22-25, 2019 at the STEM Action Center. As the date approaches reminders and confirmations will be sent to the email address provided below. Thank you!

Schools applying for Gold and Platinum level Designations also complete a site visit. These will be scheduled at a later date, once the schools involved are identified. Would you be interested in attending a site visit? (Answer yes does not commit you to anything- this is just to gauge interest.)
