• Open to any first and second year dental hygiene student in Texas
• Leadership in SCADHA
• Participation in SCADHA, constituent, and/or component

The deadline for submission is December 19, 2025, at 11:59 pm CST.  Please read all instructions carefully before applying to avoid deducting points or disqualifying.
