Thank you for your interest in Outdoor Programs! Please allow a minimum of two weeks lead time between the time you submit this form and the date of your program or group gear rental. Longer lead times are preferred due to staffing and equipment constraints.

Note, we rarely run programs that are less than 1.5 hours long.

During our busy season June-October it is much easier for us to staff programs that are during the week M-F. When you are suggesting dates that require staff presence please take that into consideration.

In support of our mission we only run programs and group gear rentals for Dartmouth affiliates.

Once we receive your form we will reach back out within a week to gather more details and to let you know if the program or rental is possible for our team.
