FRIDAY NIGHT TEST PROCTORING
All teachers accompanying students in the competition will be assigned a test to proctor on Friday evening from 5:00 to 6:45.

Please pick up your tests and room assignment in the Ballot Room (library) by 4:15 on Friday evening.

JUDGING
There are: preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds in most events. We need most of our judges for preliminary and semi-final rounds. Please note that we try our best not to assign teachers to final rounds in order to avoid conflict of interest situations. Please sign up for all events you can judge.

Additional Assignments
In addition to judging, we also rely on your help to monitor student activities such as the art display, t-shirt contest, chalk art, pétanque, TFS Videos, etc. As such, you should also expect to be assigned an activity to monitor while you are at Symposium. We will try to keep these monitoring assignments to a minimum.
Assignment Notification
Your assignments will be e-mailed to you approximately one week before the competition AND a final copy will be printed on colored paper in your school's registration packet when you arrive.

Please be sure to look for this page and check your assignment times and dates as they may have changed since the email.

Be aware that you WILL have some kind of assignment and it could be on Friday evening following your test proctoring assignment. We appreciate your participation as we need as much help as possible to keep Symposium running smoothly.
