The Launch Years Initiative, led by the Charles A. Dana Center at UT Austin, supports the scaling of mathematics pathways from high school through postsecondary education and into the workplace, aligned to students’ goals and aspirations. For Oregon, participation in the Launch Years Initiative is an opportunity to share and learn about math pathways work with twenty other states.
Launch Years Alignment meetings will be an opportunities for K-12 and higher education educators to collaborate and create resources to support a seamless transition for out students from K-12 to post-secondary opportunities. Ongoing opportunities to engage in conversation will be occurring between 2022-25 through the Launch Years work in our state. Please let us know if you are interested in join these conversations as we continue this important work in our state.
