Birdies 4 Hope
Sign up to play by yourself or as a team in a scramble format of 2 to 4 players. Teams can be PGA Pro-Pro, or PGA Pro-Am. The important part is that you participate in this patriotic 36 hole scramble event on 9/11 to raise funds for PGA HOPE Northern California and Tuesday's Children.

Provide the information below and for your Team webpage. You will receive an email with a link to add a profile picture to your page, and any additional message for your audience of supporters.

After your page is finished, we ask that Players email their network of Club members, friends and family asking for pledges in support of your "Birdies4Hope" day of golf. Suggested Fundraising goal per player is $1,000 (that's 10 friends pledging $100).
