By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you are the parent or student applying. Once your parking pass is issued, you may not allow other students to use your parking pass. Improper use of your parking pass or parking spot could result in loss of parking privileges and/or disciplinary action. Place the parking pass decal on the front windshield of your vehicle.

Parking passes cannot be purchased unless all school books and technology devices have been returned from last year. Once you have completed the form, please bring a copy of your driver's license and proof of insurance to be assigned a parking spot. You will not receive your parking decal until all required documentation is received. You will receive a copy of this application via email for your records once it is submitted.

Multiple unexcused tardies to school may result in suspension of parking privilege and/or a requirement to attend Zero Period (Early Morning Detention).

Parking pass payment will not be refunded if parking privileges are revoked.

If a parking pass is lost, another pass must be purchased.

Thorsby High School will not be held responsible for any theft or damage that may occur while parking on campus.

Parking pass must be visible on the vehicle at all times or your vehicle may be towed.

Vehicles may be searched/checked at any time while they are parked on school grounds by proper authorities.

If at any time any of the information below changes, you must notify the office so that accurate information can be kept on file.

Parking Assignments/Payment Info:

If you will be leaving early for CO-OP (work) after 2nd block, you will be assigned parking in the gravel parking lot by Helen Jenkin's Hall (baseball field parking). This reserves the paved parking lot in the back for full day students only, and it helps us be able to use the gravel parking for afternoon dismissal pick up.

If you are not leaving for CO-OP and will be on campus all day, you will be assigned a parking spot in the main student parking lot behind the high school gym.

The front parking lot is for faculty, staff, and visitors only this year.

Cost for Annual Parking Pass: $25

I will be a CO-OP student and leave campus early for work for academic credits..
