Goblin Market is officially 1 whole year old!!!!! Huzzah!!! o<|:^P
Welcome to Goblin Market, a monthly community event centered around bringing the best in discounted art and vintage to all the goblins in town! These events not only provide discount and sale items to guests who may otherwise not be able to afford full priced art but still want to support small businesses, it also allows vendors a space to clear out deadstock, damaged, and out of season goods!
Participating vendors are
expected to bring deadstock, damaged, misprinted, out of season, or otherwise discounted products. Examples could be a 2 for $5 sale, $10 bin, B-grade pins half-off, Halloween merch as pay-what-you-can! We
require vendors who can have at least
HALF of their stock fall into these categories.
Food vendors are not required to have half their menu be discounted but are required to offer at least one discount to stay on theme!
This could be
a sale, discount of some kind, or a special goblin food item (prepare to sell out of that one hehe).
Booth sharing is encouraged; if you want to cram two or three vendors under one roof, you can! There is no extra fee for booth sharing!
You must communicate your booth share buddy to the Goblin King, either here on your application or when you decide to in the future through email! Remember, your boothmate reflects on
your application, so if you partner with someone who violates our code (AI art, dropshipped goods, etc) when we catch it,
neither of you will be invited back! So be sure to
ask us for approval & partner with folks who you vibe with!
This event features the Trading Tent, where guests and vendors can gather and trade supplies, clothes, trinkets, art, toys, books- you name it; swap style! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring items to trade directly or add to the hoard for another goblin to come and collect. Many vendors have a section at their booth for trade, which is welcome and encouraged!

- AI generated images
- Drop shipped items- we prefer handmade goods! "table filler" is not an excuse!
- Garage sale tables- curated stores are allowed, like vintage, but this is NOT a spot to set up a table and get rid of old comic books and figures! That's what the trading tent is for!
Vendors found to violate these rules will be given one warning and if found to violate again will be banned from returning to Goblin Market and all Goblin Court events!
Date: Saturday, March 29 from 12-7 p.m.
Location: Oviedo Mall, Northwest Parking Lot (1170 Oviedo Mall Boulevard, Oviedo, FL 32765)
Entertainment: Live music, Goblin the Goblin Puppet, live screen printing and more!?!
Electricity: WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO POWER! Our event is in the middle of the Oviedo Mall parking lot and has no outlets to plug into! There will be streetlights to help illuminate the area when the sun sets, but vendors will need to bring their own lighting! Anyone using a generator (not a backup battery, but a gas or electric generator) will need to note this for fire safety!!
Pricing: Vendor Space (10x10) - $70
Food Table (cooking on site) (10x10) - $100
Food Truck (10x20) - $200
Non-profit (10x10)- $50
Non-Food Trailer (10x20)- $140
*If you're selling pre-made and packaged food (sauces, baked goods, etc.) you'll be under the Vendor Space $70 fee! If you're cooking on site (grill, propane, generator, etc.) you'll be using the Food Table $100 fee!*
*These prices include the space for your set up only! The tent, table, chairs, weights, and all other set up materials will need to be brought by you, the vendor!*
Estimated Event Schedule8:30 am- Load in for food trucks will likely begin
9:00 am- Load-in for all vendors will likely begin
11:30 pm - All cars must be removed from lot
12:00 pm - Event begins
6:45pm - Vendors are allowed to begin breaking down their setup
7:00pm - Event ends; load-out begins
7:30pm- Earliest cars are allowed back in lot for loadout *anyone who violates this rule will not be allowed back to Goblin Market or associated events!
9:00pm- Lot is cleared
Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot
at the event, as these are curated markets. If you have any questions,

This is a rain or shine event! We will not be canceling due to light rain or wind. However, if we have to cancel the event due to dangerous weather like thunderstorms or hurricanes, no refunds can be given. Refunds are also not able to be given to those who drop out from the event.
