Adoption Questionnaire
Since we are a foster-based rescue, all of our meet and greets occur in fosters' homes. As such, we request the following information to ensure the pet you wish to meet is the right fit for your home. No animal will be adopted to prospective owners who mislead or fail to provide accurate information on this application.

If you're looking to adopt an animal younger than 6 months old, adoption will require at least 3 trips to Friendswood/Alvin, TX. One for the meet and greet/adoption, one for the first vet appointment 2-4 weeks later, and one for the spay/neuter appointment (drop off 8:30am, pick up 5pm same day *Monday through Friday only*) about 3 months after that.
