Please fill out this form if you would like to be considered for participation as a vendor, community organization, or food truck for Pride in the 'Peake 2026. Please review your responses and double check your email address for typos so we can respond to you!  Please include the name/email/phone of the person that will be in contact with us leading up to and on the day of the event when asked about "contact" information. If that person is different than the one that will be receiving the invoice, there will be a spot to enter that information.

Take note, filling out this application does not guarantee a spot. You will be contacted to let you know! Upon approval, an invoice will be sent to you. Invoices need to be paid in a timely manner to fully secure your spot.
