Please complete this form if you are interested in trying out for or participating in any of the Brother Rice Junior High School athletic teams for the upcoming school year.

Make sure to fill out all sections and check all boxes for the sports you are interested in. After submitting the form, you will receive a copy via email, and you will have the option to edit it if needed.

Once coaches have been selected, players will be contacted via email with further information on try out dates and times.
