Photograph Consent
On the 25th May 2018 data protection laws are changing with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect. As a result of this we need to renew the consent you give us for the use of photos of students in school.

On many occasions throughout the year we photograph/video our students in the classroom, as an audience, or in a performance. Photographs or video images may be used on our website & social media, in the school prospectus, on displays and publicity leaflets. They may also be used on LEA material, which is demonstrating good practice or highlighting exemplary work.

All images used are at the professional discretion of the Headteacher and comply with the school’s policy on the ‘use of student images’. We do try to avoid using full names to protect the students’ identities.

Students are never photographed or videoed against their will and all images are used in a positive way to promote achievement and success.
