- Attending a workshop in wellness area for pod, facilitated by your mentor;- Attending an end-of-month social event;- Two in-person check-ins with your mentor.
We will tackle a new wellness skill each month. Examples of monthly wellness areas include resilience, healthy relationships, and goal setting. Mentees are not required to have any training in these topics prior to the program.
Mentee applications are open until Friday, September 6th, and students will be accepted to the program on a rolling basis. Applications may close early in the event that we fill the program before this deadline.
