2019 Oaklands Sunset Market Vendor Application
Hello vendors!

Thank you for keeping the Oaklands Sunset Market in mind! We are excited about the 9th annual Oaklands Sunset Market, and we hope you are too!

Location: Oaklands Community Centre at 1-2827 Belmont Ave, Victoria BC
Dates: Wednesday evenings from 4:30 - 8:30pm from July 3 - September 4, 2019
Vendor Fee: $25.00 for farmer/prepared food/craft, $50.00 for Food Truck. Approved vendors will also need to pay a one-time $25 application fee. There is no cost to complete the application.

Do you know a child that would like to participate in Kid Vendor Day? Email markets@oaklandsca.com. The date for Kid Vendor Day has not been set yet. NOTE: Kid Vendors may not sell prepared food unless they have VIHA certification.

Important Information:
- Each stall is 10 feet x 10 feet wide.
- You will need to bring your own table, but you can borrow chairs if need be. (Exceptions will be made for those longstanding vendors, or those with mobility circumstances. If this applies to you, please let us know at markets@oaklandsca.com. ) Tables are $5 / market
- Priority is awarded to Oaklands Sunset Market 2018, and Oaklands West Coast Winter Market 2018 vendors.

Vendors must abide by the make, bake, or grow BC Association of Farmers Markets (BCAFM) policies. Vendors must be the primary producer vending at their own tables. Only approved products that are made, baked, grown, raised, caught or wild harvest by the approved vendor can be sold at the Oaklands Winter Market Market. All products for sale need to meet the laws, regulations, and rules as specified by federal, provincial, and municipal bodies, local health authorities, Oaklands West Sunset Market, and the organic certifying body the vendor belongs to. It is up to the vendor to know and comply with the Provincial and Federal sales tax requirements. First priority is given to vendors who produce with a sustainable and organic focus.
