The yearly tuition is divided into ten equal installments. A security payment, equal to two installments, is to be paid within one month of receiving your child's acceptance letter. This security payment represents the first and last installment. In case of cancellation during the school year, payment loss is limited to one month's fee.
The registration fee must be received within one week of submitting this application, or your child's spot will be forfeited. You may pay by check payable to WMCC (in person or by mail) or credit card. If you choose to pay by Credit card, we must have a copy of the authorization form (found on our website) on record. You may print and submit the form authorizing us to charge the registration fee. Please note that a 3% service charge of $2.25 will be added to the registration fee when using credit card.
