The Green Bay Garden Blitz is a grass-roots gardening initiative dedicated to empowering Green Bay residents to grow food and be part of a sustainable urban agricultural system. Green Bay Garden Blitz is a project of New Leaf Foods, Inc. and Brown County UW-Extension. Our project also benefits from community support and consultation with Milwaukee's Victory Garden Initiative.

Please note, volunteering does require the ability to be outdoors for long periods of time and the ability to lift approximately 20 lbs.

Select the times you would like to volunteer. Our needs our greatest on Friday and Saturday, as we may be completed by Sunday. *

**If you will be driving a truck or any vehicle for soil and/or volunteers to a site, we MUST have a picture of your license and insurance information in our files prior to you leaving the work site. Absolutely NO exceptions.**

Are you interested in mentoring a new gardener after the event? If you would like to be a mentor, you have the option to participate in mentor training, Tuesday, March 19, 5:30pm - 7:30pm OR Wednesday, March 20, 9:00am - 11:00am, at the Brown County UW-Extension at Neville Public Museum (210 Museum Pl, Green Bay, WI 54303). Please fill out the interest form on the main Blitz web page. *

If you are a minor, you will need a permission slip from your parent to participate. The form can be accessed here: Please print, fill out and bring with you to your first volunteer shift.
I hereby acknowledge and agree that I am volunteering for Green Bay Garden Blitz, a partnership between New Leaf Foods, Inc. and Brown County Extension, and that I am not an employee of any of the foregoing entities. I release New Leaf Foods, Inc. & Brown County Extension of any responsibility for injury or loss which occurs during my time as a volunteer for Green Bay Garden Blitz.
