Envolve Entrepreneurship Greece and SAP Hellas are launching Restart Your Future, facilitated by Community Foundation Ireland. Restart Your Future seeks to help young displaced adults reskill and upskill on soft, as well as digital skills, assisting them in their reintegration back into the community and the labor market. Through this program, we aim at cultivating a fresh perspective for those pursuing both professional and personal development, in a foreign country. Additionally, participants will gain deep insights into different digital literacy topics which are relevant for future employability. 

 Under this initiative, displaced adults will have access to a variety of courses that address in-demand digital skills and personal development, providing them with opportunities to gain knowledge, tools, and the ability to use advanced and ever-changing technologies. The partnership aims to mitigate the digital gap between employers’ requirement of skills and knowledge regarding tech-related jobs, or any other job that requires tech literacy, and those skills of young refugees who seek professional advancement and equal opportunities in a foreign country.  

The 4-month program includes courses and workshops as well as empowerment sessions and 1-o-1 mentoring opportunities by SAP employees, offering a holistic approach to refugees’ familiarization with hiring processes, documentation, and vocational guidance towards a better quality of life.  

All activities will be held digitally, in English.
