Friday Remote Learning Meal Pick Up
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCHOOL BREAKFAST & LUNCH PROGRAM. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST BY NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM.

** FREE Meals are available for all Central Greene Area School District students while attending our remote learning program and families with children that are not yet school-aged for weekdays and weekends.**

**Meal pick up will occur each Friday between 11:30 PM and 12:30 PM at each school.

**Pick up location at WCES is at the gym foyer doors. Pick up location at MBM is at the band door located in the alleyway.**

**Families with multiple children in more than one school may pick up at one location.**
