General Terms and Conditions:
On acceptance of this application, I/we agree that attendance at Club training sessions and activities is at our own risk and the Club or its members will not be held liable for any personal injury or damage to us or our property which may be suffered during such times.
By joining, you agree to keep confidential and not
disclose to any person any information, data and materials of NSDTC to
which you may have access, which you know or ought to know are
confidential, and you also agree that such information, data and
materials are the property of NSDTC and may only be disclosed either
with the prior written consent of NSDTC, or as may be reasonably
required to perform the duties of a role that you hold within NSDTC.
Social Media Terms and Conditions:
By joining, you acknowledge that NSDTC sometimes takes
photographs of dogs and participants for social media. You agree to
tell the instructor/event coordinator at the beginning of class or other
event if you do not wish to have your photo taken. Sometimes members
are only identified by first name only in a post. You understand that
you need to let the instructor/tester/event coordinator know if you do
not wish to have your name listed.
