Oxford Nanopore Workshop (1/16)
Oxford Nanopore will be coming to UCSC to present two of their workflows: Human variation and Transcriptomes. More information about the workflows can be found here: https://labs.epi2me.io/wfindex/.

Prior to the event, please download Epi2me, set up their cloud environment, and download the demo data. Please follow the instructions below:
