Encouragement to our Search & Rescue Teams
Friends, thank you for taking the time to write a letter of encouragement to our field teams. Their communities are faced with several challenges during this pandemic and so your encouragement will really mean the world to them. We will translate your letters and get them to our Country Directors, who will then share them with the operatives and social workers who are supported by our generous community.

Because of security, please share your first name only. Also, you may want to remember that our field teams represent a variety of faith backgrounds.

Here are some ideas to get you started, but of course, feel free to share whatever you would like! You may want to write:

- About yourself and your family (where you live, jobs, family size, what you do for hobbies)
- Why you care about the work of The Exodus Road and about fighting human trafficking
- How COVID-19 is affecting you and your community
- A word of encouragement to them, reminding them that they are not alone.

Thank you for taking this time to send some love and support across the ocean to these brave men and women. We're grateful you are part of this community.

Dear Search + Rescue Team,
Do we have permission to share quotes from this letter with our Search & Rescue community or on social media, to help inspire others to get involved? We will not share your name, of course.

We'll have your letter translated and it will be digitally delivered to your field teams. Community and connection is more important than ever these days, isn't it? Thank you for taking the time to show them your support, and for reminding them that they are not alone in this work.
