2. Wait for a confirmation e-mail.*Please note that it may take a few hours for you to receive a confirmation message from the person-in-charge after you have submitted your order form.
3. Pay downpayment of Php.75 (Student) or Php.85 (Non-students) through any of the following methods:
a.At Rm. 220, UP EEEI Bldg. I (Admin. Office), UP Diliman on April 26 to May 13. You may go there anytime between 8am-5pm.
b. Deposit it in the UP Electrical and Electronics Engineers Alumni Association, Inc. c.If you cannot pay on the specified date, please contact the person-in-charge.
4. Claim your order(s) on May 16, 2016 at Rm. 220, EEEI Bldg.I (Admin Office), from 8am to 5pm. Bring your receipt or your deposit slip as proof of payment.
NOTE: ONLY ORDERS WITH DOWNPAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED.
B. For Shipping
3. Pay full payment of Php.149 (Student) or Php.169 (Non-students) and shipping fee through any of the following methods:

4. Wait for your limited edition UP EEEI Centennial Mason Jar (Delivery time depends on the courier. Approximately 1-3 days after May 13, 2016)
5. Send a text message to confirm receipt of your order/s.

ClaimingOnce the merchandise are available, you will be notified regarding the date and time of claiming. Please make sure to claim your orders on the specified date/s.
ShippingIf your orders are for shipping, full payment plus shipping fee is required before the orders are processed.All orders for shipping will be shipped 1-2 days after release of orders. Expect your orders to arrive 3-7 days after the release of orders.
Please make sure to indicate your full name and correct address. Please do not use nicknames or abbreviations as this might cause the courier to have problems locating you and your address.
Change for defectsFor pick-up: Make sure to inspect your orders so we can change the product immediately. We will not be accepting any change of orders after you have claimed your orders. We expect that you will be inspecting them beforehand.
For shipping orders: We would be checking the orders for quality before shipping them.
Force MajeureShould there be unforeseen and unavoidable cases, (i.e. calamities, storms, etc.), we will NOT be liable for any loss while orders are in shipment.
