I have been a wellness coach for almost 6 years now and I am passionate about helping busy ladies fit wellness into their everyday life - without cutting calories down to a crazy low level, without cutting out food groups, and without spending hours at the gym. Check out the video below for some examples.

My goal is to you thinking and inspired for life long changes and to be there to help you reach your wellness goals - whether that be to maintain exercising during this unique time, get energy back, loose the final few lbs, lose 30 lbs, loose 100+ lbs, tone up, meal plan, etc. while being more intentional with our time.

In my Virtual Wellness Club, we focus on a healthy lifestyle and sustainable wellness. Even though people that join my groups lose weight/tone up/slim-down, it is not all about that number, it's also about having your energy back/increased, a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and being comfortable and confident in your own skin.

This is not a quick fix - those don't last! This is for lasting results and to learn how to pick yourself up when you fall off track (because that happens! #life) and you get this done on your own time - without a commute... Don't get me wrong, I like the gym but I just can't get there a lot at this point in my life (even before Covid) and I love with this I can do in pockets of time that is best for me, is structured, effective SO many different styles of workouts to choose from, all under one roof.
