Deadline

If you will be attending the NonaTalks 2025 event in person and would like to request some financial support for travel, please fill out the following form no later than May 9th.

Limited Funding

Only limited funding is available.

We will try to reimburse as many applicants with as much funding as possible.

But please note it is unlikely to be the full amount, as we have to cover many people.

Next Steps

You can move forward whenever you want with booking.

On May 12th, we can tell you the approved reimbursement amount.

Receipts

When you book, you will need to keep your receipts!

You ONLY get reimbursed if:

You show up and participate in person
AND have receipts from your bookings.

We will followup with you regarding how to provide receipts and bank details.
