Waiver for PPE or PPT Direct Instructional Support (DIS) who do not meet the NCLB/ESSA Paraprofessional Qualification Requirement.  
The following DO NOT need to complete a Waiver:
             1.  PPE or PPT NID (Non Instructional Duties);
             2.  PPE DIS that ONLY act as a translator;
             3.  PPE or PPT DIS that ONLY conduct parental involvement activities; or
             4.  PPE or PPT DIS Kupuna.
