You are solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of yourself and all those in your party at all times. We will be outdoors, on uneven ground, with rocks, sticks, roots, thorns, and various natural elements. We will be in heavily wooded areas. There is potential for contact with various insects, animals, and sharp, toxic or irritating plants. All participants must use their own good judgment before consuming or using any natural plants or materials, featured or not.

To attend any Foraging Walk, you must agree to the following terms:

"I am aware of the risks of participating in the Foraging Walk, and assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in the Foraging Walk. I agree to indemnify and to hold harmless New Earth Traditions and any affiliates, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my and my party's participation in the Foraging Walk."
