The Hopkins County Schools Family Resource and Youth Services Centers coordinate Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance for eligible families through partnerships with community agencies, churches, businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Before completing this application, each family must contact the Family Resource or Youth Services Center serving their student(s) to notify the coordinator of their intent to apply for holiday assistance. If your children attend more than one school, you should contact the Family Resource or Youth Services Center connected to each school your children attend.
Please complete one application per household, even if your children attend different Hopkins County Schools.
Submitting this application does not guarantee assistance. Families must complete all program requirements before being considered for assistance. Families must reach out to their student(s) Family Resource or Youth Services Center Coordinator notifying them of their need for holidays assistance. Completing this form does not
Families may receive assistance from only one participating community holiday assistance resource for each holiday. Participating agencies may cross-reference information to coordinate services and prevent families from receiving duplicate holiday assistance.
