Donation and Sponsor Request Form - Contrast Coffee Co.
Hello!  Please complete the form below if you would like to request a donation or sponsorship from Contrast Coffee.  

Some things to keep in mind:
  • A centralized team will review ALL requests received in a given month early the following month. (i.e. if you submit a request in June, it will be reviewed early July)
  • We have moved to this format because we receive A LOT of donation/sponsor requests.  Which is AWESOME!  We love being an active part of the community.  That said, it was getting difficult to manage, so moving to a monthly approach will make this process go much more smoothly for everyone.
  • That said, we cannot guarantee all requests will be granted.  We have a budget allocated for each month and once its gone, its gone.
  • We will reach out to you only if your application is approved or if we have questions about your application.  (Please do not submit multiple applications the same month or follow up to check on the status of your application.  Additionally, your local barista team will most likely not have any information about your request.)
  • Plan ahead.  We will not be approving off cycle requests, so requesting for something you need in a few days isn't going to work.
  • Requests pertaining to political or religious activities will not be considered.

- In the subject line of your email, please list the organization name and month your application was summitted. (Example - "Iron County Soccer Association - July"). 

- Emailing a file should only be used if needed and in addition to submitting this form.  Documentation or requests made by email only (and not in addition to this form) will not be considered.  

- This email address is not actively monitored and no emails will be responded to that are sent to it.  We will only be looking at attachments emailed to this address during the monthly review meeting.
