CUCPTSA will present Honorary Service Awards to
deserving individuals at our last meeting in May. If you would like to nominate an individual
to receive an Honorary Service Award, please submit this form
by April 7th, 2023.
Honorary Service Awards are a way to recognize the efforts of individuals who have gone above and beyond their job description, have shown true dedication to children and youth, and whose
work extended throughout the school district or beyond (those who are
deserving of awards but only work at a unit level can be honored at the unit
level, which is a separate process from the CUCPTSA award).
Examples of Honorary Service Awards include: Very Special Person Award, Honorary Service Award, Continuing Service Award, Outstanding Teacher Award, Outstanding Administrator Award, and the Golden Oak Service Award. For complete information about CA State PTA Awards and
