PROGRAMME SUMMARY:
This 6-month Mentorship Programme is designed to provide one-to-one career advice, support, and development for black professionals at mid-senior level of their careers.

PROGRAMME AIM:
The aim of the programme is for the mentees to gain experience and knowledge from their mentors who are senior black professionals, and for mentors to develop their leadership skills whilst empowering their mentees to take the next step in their careers.

CRITERIA:
Mentee Criteria:
3-5 years working in industry or PQE (Post Qualified Experience)
Hold a junior/associate or equivalent level position within your industry
Actively pursuing senior/associate/director or equivalent level positions within your industry

Mentor Criteria:
5+ years working in industry or PQE (Post Qualified Experience)
Hold an associate/director/manager or equivalent level position within your industry
