We bring together amazing local artists and makers selling handmade home décor, art, jewelry, apparel, and more! If you would like to be considered for vending at this event, please read the information carefully and fill out the application below. Please keep in mind that this is a curated market with limited space.
You may pay as you go, if needed, but your spot is only held once the Vendor Fee is Paid.
- This event will be held INDOORS/OUTDOORS January - March and OUTDOORS ONLY April - October on Sundays from 1:00PM to 5:00PM.
- Our markets are RISK FEE! If rain cancels our event, we will move your vendor fee to a different date.
- Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' OUTSIDE and 8' x 5' INSIDE (Jan-Mar)
- Vendors, BYO tent, weights, table, chairs, etc. Tables to remain staffed at all times.
- There is a bathroom inside the venue available for use.
- Limited power hook up available inside only, ask host.
- Additional load-in information will be given upon acceptance. If accepted, you will receive an email from the Artisan Makers organizer with vendor fee payment details.
- Once selected, the event host will contact you the day prior to each event with a map of the venue and your spot number. If you do not receive the vendor map a day prior, please email
artisanmakersva@gmail.com to confirm your participation.
- You may use the Main Line Brewery parking lot for Load-in and Load-out.
- All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 6:00pm.
- If outdoors, All vendors must provide weights heavy enough to hold down their tent. Tents without weights are not permitted to set up.
- Organizer reserves the right to expel anyone during the event.
- Space assignments are final, but may be changed the day of by the organizer.
PARKING: STREET PARKING ONLY and there is Plenty! Parking is permitted on one side of Botetort and also Ownby Lane. When you arrive, check in with an Artisan Maker's Staff. Please have your business name and spot number ready.
LOAD IN: 12:00PM - 1:00pm (Vendors must be unloaded by 12:45pm)
BREAKDOWN: 5:00PM - 5:30PM

VENDOR FEE: $50/Event for your 10ft x 10ft or 8ft x 5ft space (plus transfer fees) You may purchase 10ft x 20ft for an extra $50. After you submit your application, if accepted, we will reach out with payment instructions. We ask that you pay within one week of acceptance. Nothing is held until the fee is received.
REFUND POLICY: There are NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS or cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event. Vendor fees are NOT TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN A RAIN CANCELATION.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP so that we may extend the space to another vendor. We do close if there are rainy weather conditions. If the event cancels due to rain, we will credit you for another date. Consult our Facebook and Instagram page for updates.
BRING YOUR OWN: 10ft x 10ft Tent. You may purchase 10ft x 20ft for an extra $50, Table(6 foot), chairs, cash, change, card readers, mobile device chargers, special lighting, packaging, bags, decorations, table cloths, displays, great attitude and anything else you will need to be successful at this event.
