Payment.
The reservation is confirmed upon The Coffee Club receiving full payment for the booking. The payment is the confirmation that terms and conditions have been read and accepted. No discounts, loyalty programs or vouchers will be accepted for the New Year's Eve dinner package.

Cancellation and refunds.
No refund. All cancellation have a significant impact on us, therefore upon cancellation or no-show, the full amount paid for the reservation is non refundable.

Arrival.
The guests are to arrive on 31 December, 2023, starting 8pm. The evening wraps up at 1am.

Capacity.
The reservation is only valid for the number of guests as stated in the confirmed booking. The Coffee Club has no obligation to accept any additional guest and such refusal will in no way change the validity of the reservation and will not be a reason for cancellation.

Pets.
Pets are not accepted at The Coffee Club Bluewaters.

Smoking.
No smoking and no vaping inside the restaurant and on the balcony.
