Please register to attend OLQP's upcoming Restorative Circle on The Road to Emmaus: Responding to Confusion/Disappointment/Anger. Like the disciples grieving the death of Jesus, we react to experiences of loss or chaos with confusion, disappointment, or even anger and express these emotions in different ways. some experience them as deeply personal; others tap into a collective experience. Sometimes, reactions arrive suddenly, other times at the end of long build-up. Sometimes they are relatively brief; sometimes they are extended. No matter what, they typically unsettle lived experience.

At the same time, they can also lead to valuable lessons, periods of growth, or new hope.

This Circle will invite you to share your own experiences in whatever way feels right to you. You will have an opportunity to speak your truth without interruption, to listen deeply to the truths spoken by others, and to form new insights or opportunities to address challenges that we all must confront. Restorative Circles are not about solutions. They are about creating community to empower discipleship.
