We will have a pizza party from 6pm to 7:30pm so that the scouts can get the cars weighed in and the family can have dinner. There is no cost for the scouts for dinner, but we do ask $5 per non-scout to help cover cost of the pizza, beverages, and paper goods. Payment can be made at the event, or given to Paul Forino (Pack Treasurer).
We also ask that each scout family bring either pretzels,/chips or a dessert item to share.
Scouts and Leaders should wear Class A Uniforms.Pizza and drinks will be available starting at 5:45pm.Car weigh-in opens at 5:30 and closes at 6:30.Scouts will have the opportunity to weigh their car and make minor modifications (if so desired) prior to handing it over to the registration team.We will have hot glue guns and extra weights on hand if needed.The registration team will give each car one test run down the track to ensure the car is functional.No one besides the registration team is permitted to run cars down the track.The car's racing number (printed on the label on the box) must be legible on the car.Racing will start at 7pm.Please remember to submit your $5 per person (excluding Scouts) for those that are having pizza.If you signed up to bring a desert or snack, there will be a food table to place them on upon arrival.
