AUSTIN'S NEW YEAR (ANY19) - FOOD TRUCK VENDOR APPLICATION
Austin’s New Year is a signature City-sponsored, family-friendly event that is a highly anticipated and cherished tradition. Over 60,000 people will gather together in wonderment of the season, anticipation of the new year, and in celebration of all the things that we love about Austin: a city rich in diversity and culture in which music, art, technology, and an incredible food scene thrives.

If you're a new applicant interested in joining the food court at this year's Austin's New Year, please fill out the application below.

Application fees of $50.00 must be paid by credit card via PayPal. Once you submit your application below, a link to paypal will be provided for the application fee on your submission confirmation page.

Only applications that have received an application fee will be processed. Please reach out to vendors@epstx.net if you do not receive your confirmation email.

Vendor acceptance and placement is at the sole discretion of the festival organizers. Payment of application fee does not guarantee acceptance.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your completed application & fee has been received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified by email of acceptance or denial within 7-10 business days. Once accepted, all fees are due in full within 7-10 business days. If you fail to pay the full amount within the allotted time frame, your application will be denied and space filled by another vendors. All application fees are non refundable.

Please: Non truck/trailer food vendors (stand alone food booths) not accepted for this event due to stringent load in and load out requirements.

Because of the great demand last year, many vendors were turned down for spaces. Don't delay, apply now to ensure your participation.
