Application fees of $50.00 must be paid by credit card via PayPal. Once you submit your application below, a link to paypal will be provided for the application fee on your submission confirmation page.

Only applications that have received an application fee will be processed. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your confirmation email.
Vendor acceptance and placement is at the sole discretion of the festival organizers. Payment of application fee does not guarantee acceptance.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your completed application & fee has been received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified by email of acceptance or denial within 7-10 business days. Once accepted, all fees are due in full within 7-10 business days. If you fail to pay the full amount within the allotted time frame, your application will be denied and space filled by another vendors. All application fees are non refundable.
Please: Non truck/trailer food vendors (stand alone food booths) not accepted for this event due to stringent load in and load out requirements.
Because of the great demand last year, many vendors were turned down for spaces. Don't delay, apply now to ensure your participation.
Vendors notified of acceptance or denial: 7-10 business days from receipt of application and fees.
Health permit info, Insurance and any permits due by: 11/15/2018*
If info is not received by the due date above, all fees paid sa far are forfeited.
