The event will run from 11am - 4pm

- You must provide your own table / display

- Your entire stall must not be over the size you have booked and paid for, this includes any rails and/or furniture items.

Payment must be via Paypal and made by the date in your confirmation email or your space will be given to another person.

- Cancellation - If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the event then you will be refunded your payment amount minus admin fee. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before the event then no refund will be given unless in exceptional circumstances

- if we cancel a full refund will be given.

- Stall standards
- table cloth must cover front and sides of table.
- Everyone must respect the premises and tidy up after themselves.
- Set up from 10am, Event from 11am till 4pm, pack up between 4 and 5pm.
- You must not pack up before the event has finished at 4pm.
- 1 chair per table will be provided.

For each event this is the minimum that will happen:

Posters will be issued locally

A facebook event will be set up featuring work of the attending stall holders

Stallholders should promote the event on their own social networking pages or websites (if they have them) and help promote the event by any other means they think may help create footfall to the event, including getting involved in any competitions MoC create. Active help in promoting the event is noted and will be taken into consideration when choosing stalls for events

Event will be listed on relevant council websites and local ‘what’s on’ websites where available.

Press releases will be sent to the local press and radio, Press and Journal and STV

Other marketing such as leaflet dropping and emails to local businesses will also happen for some events.

To allow us to plan the floor layout for each event, we need to know the size of the space you require. Tables often range from 4ft to 6ft. If you have a smaller table but plan to use a rail or other display items please let us know in the other section. You will need to book the size of space you require including table, rail etc. Likewise if you require a bigger space, get in touch with the size your need and we can let you know whether we have the space available and can let you know the price.
