VT High School Soccer - Sign Up Form
High Schoolers, thank you for your responses to our interest survey. Based on those results, we have decided to move forward with HS Soccer. Please fill out this sign up form.
This form is due this Thursday, January 7, at 11:59 PM.
Please note, that if we do not have enough athletes sign up for a team, we will not move forward with that team this season. That means that you could sign up, and still not play this year, based on the number of others who sign up.
Also note that you will still need to fill out this form even if you filled out the previous interest survey.
TCSSAL has determined that our seasons would start on February 8.
