Studio Expectations
-Please arrive 10 minutes early.
-Parking spaces #8-11 are reserved for Full Metal Jacket. Please avoid parking in these spaces Tuesday-Saturday.
-Use bathrooms before class and be ready to begin on time.
-Student may bring a water bottle to use after class. Water bottles will not be allowed in the studio.
-Studio doors will remain closed during classes. Parents can wait in our front lobby or in the lounge. Please keep the volume to a respectable level outside the studio as not to distract the dancers. Refrain from standing in front of the glass walls or door.

Inclement Weather/Make-Up Policy
Class cancellations will be announced by email and posted on our website and Facebook page. There will not be scheduled make up classes for cancellations. We do not always follow Alexandria City Public Schools on closings.

Students can make up three classes per year prior to February 28, 2020. To schedule a make-up, contact KMurray@localmotionproject.org.

Refund Policy
Tuition and showcase fee are refundable within the first 4 weeks of the dance school calendar. After that no refunds will be issued. Refund is prorated. If a student must withdraw from class, written notification is required and must be sent to the info@localmotionproject.org. Registration fee is non-refundable ($40).

Dress Code
Dance attire is available at Robcyn’s in the Bradlee Shopping Center. We have worked with Robcyn’s to have the sizes and required colors available. You can receive a 10% off with the attached coupon.

Hair must be pulled back and out of dancer's face. No tutus, jewelry, or gum.
