The purpose of this form is for Bethel College community members to ask questions or voice concerns related to culture and belonging. Responses will only be accessible by the Vice President of Culture and Belonging, and Office of Culture and Belonging Faculty/Staff Fellows.

After completing the form, a member of the office will reach out to you to have a conversation to better understand your question or concern. Next steps will be determined upon conclusion of this conversation, as applicable.
